Plus, it's close to several malls, including Delma, Mazyad, Safeer, and Capital. The hotel itself has a great restaurant and SPA. The rooms are consistently clean, tidy, quiet, and well-equipped. But what really sets this hotel apart is its exceptional management team, led by Mr. Michel. The front desk team is talented, helpful, and courteous, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I'm grateful for the excellent service and support I've received over the years. The staff's friendly demeanor and hospitality have made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

The staff were extremely friendly at the hotel. The location is about a 20 minute taxi drive from the airport. It is a local neighborhood, which is safe and quiet. I had the breakfast, which was fine, and they prepared fresh eggs to order. Also had a delicious biryani and cold starters for lunch/dinner. Room was very clean, shower wonderful. It is not a luxury hotel-it is however excellent value for money. Review and ranking are based on comparison to hotels of similar price / level.

We booked this hotel, very early in the year, in advance of the Abu Dhabi GP, and honestly admit, we were merely looking at the price and the location (drivable to Yas Island). However, we were delighted with the hotel and staff. We did not use the hotel facilities much, since we were out all day, but the rooms are large and very well kept and the staff is exceptionally kind and professional. We ordered breakfast in our room a few times, and it was delivered hot and there was a large variety of items. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We always had a friendly face at reception greeting us, or happy to answer any questions. There was a grocery store right next door, for when we needed to buy stuff, and we had no issues with booking taxis to and from the place.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a stay that was both luxurious and relaxing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, promising a good night's sleep after a tiring day. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was evident, contributing significantly to my comfortable and restful stay.
