"I've been a loyal customer of this hotel for years, and it never fails to impress. The location is ideal, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, laundries, and groceries. Plus, it's close to several malls, including Delma, Mazyad, Safeer, and Capital. The hotel itself has a great restaurant and SPA. The rooms are consistently clean, tidy, quiet, and well-equipped. This hotel was exactly what we needed between flights. We got a taxi for 65 AED and the hotel is roughly 15-20 mins away from the airport. The room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with a big shower. We had half board and ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Dinner was beautiful, got to choose off a 3 course set menu. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choices including freshly cooked omelets. The staff throughout the hotel are all so lovely, we couldn't fault anything. There are a few places to eat nearby and a convenient store just next door.

The staff were extremely friendly at the hotel. The location is about a 20 minute taxi drive from the airport. It is a local neighborhood, which is safe and quiet. I had the breakfast, which was fine, and they prepared fresh eggs to order. Also had a delicious biryani and cold starters for lunch/dinner. Room was very clean, shower wonderful. It is not a luxury hotel-it is however excellent value for money. Review and ranking are based on comparison to hotels of similar price / level.

We booked this hotel, very early in the year, in advance of the Abu Dhabi GP, and honestly admit, we were merely looking at the price and the location (drivable to Yas Island). However, we were delighted with the hotel and staff. We did not use the hotel facilities much, since we were out all day, but the rooms are large and very well kept and the staff is exceptionally kind and professional. We ordered breakfast in our room a few times, and it was delivered hot and there was a large variety of items. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We always had a friendly face at reception greeting us, or happy to answer any questions. There was a grocery store right next door, for when we needed to buy stuff, and we had no issues with booking taxis to and from the place.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a stay that was both luxurious and relaxing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, promising a good night's sleep after a tiring day. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was evident, contributing significantly to my comfortable and restful stay.

Near to Airport: 10-15minutes. Still costs abut 50AED for this short journey (metered taxi). Some restaurants and two malls nearby but maybe the second of which is not walking distance in the hot months at least. Comfortable bed although I didn't sleep as I had an early morning flight. I would certainly stay here again under similar circumstances.

Loved the hotel, the courteous staff and the restaurant. The room was very spacious, with high ceiling, and an A/C that wasn't blowing too cold. The reception desk guys were extremely helpful with any request I had - helped me with directions, calling a cab, even had an electric socket adapter handy that I could borrow and use it to charge my laptop and phone.

The staff, specifically Michelle (ميشيل), he was so professional and very kind, always smiling, room upgraded without requesting, he is the right person in the right place. The location was near to the industrial area approximate 10 min. The hotel is surrounded by groceries, restaurants, pharmacies and others, just by walking.
